All patients registered at Hillfoot now have a named Accountable GP. When you attend the surgery for your appointment you will be informed who that is. Alternatively, If you wish to find out who your named GP is, or you wish to request a specific GP please contact the surgery.
We have recently undertaken a review of our more vulnerable patients and in order to improve continuity of care, we have revised some patients Named accountable GP.
What does that mean for you? It means that, although you can make an appointment to see any Dr, there will be 1 specific person who takes a lead in the co- ordination of your care.
