111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
We are working with other GP practices in the local area to provide appointments at the weekend. These are provided at The Gables Surgery, Swinnow Green, LS28 9AW, 8am to 5pm every Saturday. All GPs working during these times will have appropriate access to your medical records and give the same level of service you can expect during the week. Please contact the surgery for further information or to book one of these appointments*. If you need to speak to a doctor today, please ring the surgery as early as possible so that your care can be managed appropriately.
